Advantages

Beautifully crafted. Love the outcome and fabric feels amazing

Disadvantages

There's bad communication internally which left me, the customer, in the lurch. I feel like there's a culture of blaming each other internally instead of resolving issues. I ended up feeling like I was fighting for the desired outcome and I'm still missing hooks on some of my pieces. There was also confusion about my delivery and I was told different stories by different departments. Eventually my delivery was rescheduled for 2 days later. Once again, on the day pf delivery, I was told different stories by different departments. The couch eventually arrived but still missing some of the hooks. I was told I can easily request for someone to come put them in but here seems to be even more confusion there. Still wating
