Care and Use:

• Your Soshida Magnetic Knife Holder Stand is very easy to clean and maintain. Using a soft washcloth or sponge, clean the board surface with warm water as required.  After using a knife from the Knife Holder, ensure you return it clean and dry as it is important that the Knife Holder surface is kept dry. This will help avoid any water stains from marking your Holder.
• To maintain the wood finish, avoid cleaning the surface with detergents or rough scouring pads and never leave it immersed in water.  
• For the preservation and protection of the Holder, use a non-toxic, food-grade mineral oil or fractioned coconut oil, which protects and nourishes the hardwood. Application frequency is dependent on the use of the item and the dryness of the surface.
